Hailing from the major tea producing region of Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan, Konishi-san is a tea making genius. On his small 5-acre farm he produces some of the most spectacular teas and in this tasting workshop we will sample through several of them. We will gain insight into his process and what the life of a Japanese tea farmer is like as well as learning more about Japanese teas in general.
