Betsy Meyer is a certified instructor with the American Tea Culture Society in California where she studied the history of Chinese tea culture and trained in formal Chinese tea ceremony and the informal WuWo tea ceremony. Over the last 17 years she has continued to pursue her interest in the history of tea culture around the world.
