In this session, we'll be tasting two 2019 raw puer teas with very different characteristics: a wild Taliensis sub-species from Baiying Mountain and the more common Assamica sub-species from Mengsong.

We’ll discuss quality markers of raw puer and what we look for when tasting these teas. In addition to the tasting, we’ll be sharing our experiences sourcing tea from China and having an open-ended discussion about tea.
