Robert Hackman

Robert Hackman, PhD, is a research professor in the Department of Nutrition at the University of California, Davis, and a member of the UC Davis Global Tea Initiative.  His research program centers around the role of polyphenols and other bioactive constituents in whole foods and beverages, with a focus on vascular function.  

An avid tea drinker, he has visited many tea locations in China, Japan, India and Thailand.
