I have operated Tillerman Tea, which specializes exclusively in Taiwanese oolongs, since 2007. I have been travelling regularly to Taiwan since 2001. I currently am completing research and writing of an English language book on the teas of Taiwan. I have delivered presentations on aspects of Taiwanese tea to The Tea Guild of Canada, The Toronto Tea Festival, The Northwest Tea Festival, Tea Fest PDX, and at The University of California at Davis among others.
